About the Machine
Micron Automech’s BOPP Tape Slitting Machine converts large-diameter log rolls of coated BOPP tape into finished retail and industrial tape rolls at high speed. Integrated with an auto core loader and core cutter, the machine dramatically reduces manual labour, increases throughput, and delivers consistent slit roll quality with minimum waste.

How the Machine Works
The slitting line features a log roll unwinding shaft, razor or shear slitting station, auto-positioned paper core loader, differential rewind shafts, and finished roll unloading. The automatic core loader pre-cuts and loads cores onto the rewind shaft without stopping production.
