About the Machine
Micron Automech’s Aluminium Foil Adhesive Tape Slitting Machine is purpose-built for slitting fragile, high-value aluminium foil adhesive tape — including HVAC duct tape, heat-shielding tape, and foil-laminated tape — into precise widths without tearing, edge curl, or adhesive ooze. Shear or razor slitting with low-tension unwinding protects the foil substrate during conversion.

How the Machine Works
The machine features a low-tension, motorised unwinder for delicate foil rolls, shear or razor slitting station, differential rewind shafts with pneumatic pressure control, and an auto-eject unloading system. Edge guide control ensures slit roll alignment.
