About the Machine
The Double Shaft Automatic Slicer is a versatile, mid-to-high output slicing solution for converting log rolls of masking tape, PVC insulation tape, foam tape, and double-sided tape into finished rolls. Two independent rewind shafts enable continuous operation — while one shaft is being unloaded, the second shaft is already winding — minimising cycle time.
MANUFACTURING PROCESS
How the Machine Works
A large log roll is mounted on the cradle unwinder. The web passes through circular blade slitting stations and is simultaneously wound onto two differential rewind shafts. Auto core loaders and roll ejectors reduce operator effort and ensure consistent output.
