About the Machine
Micron Automech’s Tape Rewinding Machine is designed for rewinding large log rolls into smaller-diameter finished rolls or for transferring tape from jumbo rolls onto paper cores. Available in both single shaft and double shaft configurations, the machine supports a wide range of adhesive tape types — from BOPP and masking tape to PVC insulation and foam tape.

How the Machine Works
The double shaft rewinder allows continuous operation — while one shaft winds, the other is unloaded and reloaded, reducing downtime. The single shaft model is ideal for lower-volume or specialty tape rewinding. Both models feature precision tension control throughout the web path.
