About the Machine
Micron Automech’s Rotogravure Printing Machine is designed for high-quality, multi-colour printing on flexible substrates used in adhesive tape and flexible packaging production. The machine uses engraved cylinder printing to deliver sharp, consistent graphics at high speeds — ideal for branded packaging tapes, warning tapes, label stocks, and decorative films.
MANUFACTURING PROCESS
How the Machine Works
The rotogravure printing line includes a web unwinder, multiple colour printing stations (2–10 colours), inter-station drying tunnels, register control system, and a precision rewinder. The machine is available in central impression (CI) and in-line configurations.
