Used in label liner, protective film, and bakery parchment applications, the 5-roller metering system ensures precise coat weight control even at high production speeds.

How the Machine Works
The machine uses a 5-roller metering and transfer configuration to apply solventless or solvent-base silicone. The web passes through a UV or thermal cure unit (based on silicone type) and is wound on a precision surface rewinder. The 5-roller system minimizes coat weight variation to ±0.05 g/m².
