How the Machine Works
The coating line comprises a controlled-tension unwinder, rubber-based or acrylic solvent adhesive coating station (reverse roll or comma roll), multi-zone drying oven, cooling roller, and a surface rewinder. Solvent exhaust and recovery systems are integrated to meet safety standards.
