The PSA Hotmelt Coating Machine from Micron Automech is purpose-built for pressure-sensitive adhesive tape manufacturers who need consistent, high-output coating without solvents or water drying. Using a slot-die or roll-transfer coating head and a precision melt pump, this machine applies hotmelt PSA adhesive directly onto BOPP, PET, PVC, foam, fabric, or release liner substrates at controlled temperatures.

How the Machine Works
The system includes a hotmelt tank with agitator, precision gear pump, heated hose assembly, slot-die or roll coater head, chilling unit, and a servo-driven rewinder. The solvent-free process means no drying oven is required — significantly reducing energy costs and production footprint.
