Micron Automech’s BOPP Self Adhesive Tape High Speed Coating Machine is engineered for high-volume production of BOPP packaging tapes with acrylic water-base or acrylic solvent-base adhesives. Designed for continuous operation at speeds up to 150 m/min, this machine delivers consistent coat weight, uniform adhesive laydown, and minimal waste across every roll.

How the Machine Works
The BOPP coating line integrates an unwinding station, pre-treatment corona unit, comma roll coater, drying oven with multiple zones, and a precision rewinder — all in a compact, steel-fabricated frame. Every unit is factory-tested before dispatch.
